Arctic Fox Automotive Repair started small, with big ambition behind it. What began as a one-man mobile service grew into a shop built on hard work, trust, and a genuine love for the craft. My name is Justin Fox, and this is my story.
I started out in January 2026 running a mobile automotive service. It didn’t take long before I built up a customer base that made it clear this was more than a side gig. I left my position at the dealership to go all in on my own business. I signed the lease for the shop on April 15, 2026, spent the next month renovating the space, and on May 18, 2026, opened the doors for the first time.
This is the shop to come to if you want honest and fair automotive repair. I stand behind the work we do. If an issue ever comes up, it gets taken care of. No excuses, no runaround. Just straightforward service you can trust.
Arctic Fox Automotive Repair has had the same ownership since it opened. No changes, no transitions. Just consistent care for every customer who walks through the door.
My love for this industry didn’t start in a classroom or a training program. It started as a kid, hanging around a friend’s dad’s auto repair shop just to watch and see what they were doing. That curiosity turned into a passion, and eventually into a certainty. This was the only thing I ever wanted to do.
That passion pushed me to take my training seriously from the start. I graduated at the top of my class in the automotive program at Nashua Community College. From there, I kept going, earning every ASE certification needed to become a Master Technician. I didn’t stop there either. I went on to learn how to properly diagnose and repair hybrid and electric vehicles, and became an ASE certified specialist in that field as well. Finally, I worked through the full lineup of GM training to earn my certification as a GM World Class Technician. All of that training is what stands behind every repair that comes out of this shop. It’s not just experience, it’s a foundation built to make sure the work gets done right the first time.
Right now, it’s just me running the shop, but that’s changing soon. I’m bringing on another technician starting August 31, 2026. He brings five years of industry experience and completed a high school automotive program, and he’s going to be a great addition to the shop as we continue to grow.
Outside of the shop, my life is pretty simple. Sunday mornings, you’ll find me at church, and Sunday evenings, I’m at my mom’s house for family dinner. Building this business has takes a lot of time and dedication, but staying grounded in faith and family keeps everything else in perspective.
